Terms of Access

+420 Republic Access is a prelaunch community registration for a cultural project. It is not a shop or marketplace, and it is not an offer, sale or promotion of any product or substance. No claims are made about any substance or its use.

Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over. Age is verified at registration and we may refuse or revoke access where the requirement is not met or where details are false.

You register with an email address. We issue you a Republic ID and a Citizen number. Both are display identifiers for the prelaunch phase, are personal and non-transferable, and may be reissued or reformatted before launch. Registering the same email again does not create a second Citizen.

Points may be recorded for registration, Founding status and referrals. Points have no monetary value, are not currency, are not redeemable for cash, and may be adjusted, corrected or reset where required for integrity or legal reasons. What Points will unlock at launch will be published with the launch version of these Terms.

You receive a personal referral code. Points are credited to the referrer only for genuine, newly created Citizens, once per milestone. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, purchased or automated sign-ups, and any manipulation of the referral mechanism are prohibited and may result in removal of Points or of access.

You will receive a confirmation email about your registration. Optional Republic transmissions are sent only if you gave the separate optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Automated registration, false details, duplicate accounts and attempts to bypass rate limiting or verification are prohibited. We may limit, suspend or remove access to protect the integrity of the prelaunch phase.

This is a prelaunch service provided as-is; it may change or be interrupted. These Terms will be replaced by the launch Terms and material changes will be communicated to registered Citizens.
